Net Upgrader does not directly provide internet or streaming services. Instead, we offer facilitation services such as:

Service upgrades or downgrades
Relocation or transfer assistance
Account cancellations or reinstatements
Technical setup help and plan consultation
Our support services are subject to service charges ranging from $49.99 to $199.99, depending on the complexity and nature of the request. These charges are independent of any billing by the actual service provider.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our work and the effort invested in processing customer requests, the following are non-refundable:
Service facilitation charges once the request has been initiated or fulfilled
Charges for consultation, research, or plan comparisons
Administrative processing fees or documentation support
Fees paid for customer-requested cancellations or change requests
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with a third-party service provider’s performance, as these services are outside the operational control of Net Upgrader.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
A duplicate charge was incurred due to a technical issue during checkout
A customer was charged but no action was taken on their service request within 7 business days
A cancellation request is received before any service coordination or activation has begun
An error was made by Net Upgrader in processing a service request, and the customer chooses not to proceed
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by the Expert Connection Consultants management team.

If you experience billing issues with a service provider (e.g., AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, etc.), you must directly contact that provider. Net Upgrader is not authorized to issue or influence refunds related to third-party service plans or usage-based charges.
